If you've never read watchmen, you should. The movie skims over the grand ideas behind it all, but the novel answers the questions. It's us, it's only us
Do you mean this story has something to do with the meaning of life? A little bit like The Matrix could?
What I got from it was to live for the sake of others, because in the long run, life's too fragile to worry about fighting.
listen the thing that all the people have said before me.... not necessarily wrong. But ultimately it never sums up your question. The best anwser comes from the farran. Read the comic. draw the conclusions for yourself. it's us and only us. U.E is defiently right with his anwser but thats only a piece of the puzzle. if you examine every character in watchman and what their defininition of "right" is, techinically none of them are wrong. the "right" anwser ultimately comes from who you personally view as having the right methodology. a little corney, i know, but it really is the truth. and its also what i think made this comic(and movie) so great in the first place
