The fact that some things were not found for 5 billion years on this planet does not mean that they will never be. TV didn't exist until the last century or so, internet didn't exist until a couple of decades ago. And some things don't exist yet, but they will exist eventually. As well as the answers.
I just wanted to say that we, as humans, were not really concerned with this question till the turn of the century. Early civilizations were probably more interest in carving out an existence in a hostile land than asking "Why do humans exist?"
Just my take on why we haven't found it out.
Just my take on why we haven't found it out.
And what if we DO find the meaning? What do we devote our existence to then? What will happen to art? I'm almost glad there's no meaning; it gives the human race something to do.

There are many things that are unknown, the question is whether we are meant to know them? i think the best answer to that question was said by Umberto Eco,"But now I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth."
What if there were no meaning, but we give it meaning just like we give a bunch of lines meaning?
But, if there is meaning, i would say it would be understanding. For one must understand knowledge to use it, understand that love is not easy, but it is better to love than to hate. Understanding is the key to existing.
